Well, figured I'd start a discussion of high-end gear... I've always had okay guitars, but I was able to pull some money together partially by a college refund, and some money from doing some work through an organization here in Ohio to get a Taylor 310CE. It came with a kase, and I also got a Capo, extra strings, and strap for it as well. Beautiful sounding instrument!!!!!

I've owned several taylors including two t5's a PRS Mccarty a fender VG strat, and my most recent high end purchase was a taylor GS 7e with hardshell. GC sells these puppies for $2895 or so and I bought one brand new from a store in south carolina that I've bought from for 12 years now for $1700 plus S&H my absolute favorite instrument I've ever owned.

My first high-end keyboard was an Akai AX60, the last analog synth made by Akai.

I've had nothing fancy, just a Silverstone bass. I want a five string fretless, though.

I only have a Keyboard and a Guitar.

I always wanted to own a Fenders Guitar or the Gibson Les Paul.

I just recently as in last friday the 12th purchased a fender VG strat to replace the one that was stolen from my home last december! It was actually almost emotionally holding it and playing it out this week.

I like a firm guitar, not a thin-necked guitar. My friend had a nice guitar with a thick neck, which wouldn't fracture much. It went through many of his family generations.

I have a Fender Strat. Started out on accordion when I was ten, but it was just a rental.
